360 Sales Advantage was formed with only one goal: To better equip professional sales reps to be more effective in their day-to-day business. Located in Evergreen, Colorado, we offer much more than just the “blocking and tackling” of sales. Our curriculum offers proven real life examples of winning strategies under a wide umbrella of scenarios.
The founder, Rich Cardillo, spent 20 years in the Xerox family and as a Sales Rep, Account Manager, National Sales Manager and finally the last 10 years as the President of XEROgraphiX West Inc; the Xerox dealership that supported metro Denver. Rich rounded out his sales career with a 3 year assignment as the Vice President of Worldwide Sales for a Denver based consumer electronics firm.
The combination of having had a “budget” for every year of his professional career coupled with always having been on or near the “front lines”, Rich has “walked a mile in every sales reps shoes”. Every course is full of creative, innovative and motivating ways to improve even your most tenured reps performance.
